Current Employment Opportunities

Lending Manager

The chosen applicant will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for performing all day-to-day operations of the lending department including receiving, processing, underwriting and reviewing applications for consumer, credit card and home equity loans.  Develop, recommend and implement lending policies and products.  Ensure compliance with state and federal lending laws.  Monitor economic conditions affecting the loan department and loan portfolio performance, and recommend appropriate action.

Position Requirements:  Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, 5 or more years of underwriting experience, and demonstrated knowledge of lending regulations, project management and financial reporting.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook; Access & PowerPoint is a plus) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Experience with the Galaxy Plus operating system LoanPlus and/or Loancierge platform, and the ability to speak fluent Spanish is also plus.
 

Salary Range:  Salary will be based on experience.
